Operations Specialist
Job Title: Operations SpecialistJob Description

The operations specialist will manage all data entry related to resident information concerning the recent increase in utilities for the city of Los Angeles. The position begins with a two-week training period in downtown LA, after which it will transition to a remote work setup. The project duration is six months, and all necessary equipment will be provided. Data entry tasks will be performed using Excel and Google Sheets.

ResponsibilitiesManage data entry for resident information related to utility increases.Complete all data entry tasks using Excel and Google Sheets.Participate in a two-week training program in downtown LA before transitioning to remote work.
Essential SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience with data entry and administrative support.1-2 years of office, clerical, customer service, or data entry experience.
Additional Skills & QualificationsBilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Work Environment

The role will be remote following a two-week training period in downtown LA. The company will provide all necessary equipment for the role. A professional and comfortable workspace at home is recommended.

This is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
