Job Description
As an Operations/Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in upholding the organization’s mission, values, and vision through daily tasks. You will ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and credentialing requirements, while providing comprehensive administrative support.
ResponsibilitiesManage incoming mail—U.S. and interdepartmental—by sorting, stamping, and logging as needed.Provide comprehensive administrative support including drafting and refining reports, presentations, and communications; ensure accuracy in grammar, formatting, and content.Maintain organized filing systems and reference materials for easy retrieval.Develop and update internal forms; compile weekly and monthly data reports.Coordinate calendars, maintain project timelines, and manage departmental documentation.Oversee office supply inventory—order, verify, and distribute materials; maintain stock in designated areas and manage weekly online orders.Keep shared spaces tidy and well-stocked; liaise with cleaning vendors to ensure a safe and organized environment.Operate and maintain office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines; perform related tasks as needed.Respond to information requests with professionalism and efficiency.Contribute to both independent and team-based projects; may lead or support initiatives as assigned.Provide backup support for reception duties, facilities inbox, and other designated areas.Assist with special assignments and perform additional duties as required.Skills and Qualifications2 or more years’ experience in the insurance industry preferred.Previous customer service experience a plus.Knowledge of insurance principles, claims, or applications a plus.Work Environment
This is a 5-day-a-week position located in our office at 1570 Midway Place, Menasha. The schedule could be 8:00am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5:00pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.25/hr.
