**Key Responsibilities:** Work in Salesforce to process sample requests. 2. Work with multiple functions including Sales, RD&A and Customer Service to complete the process for customer samples. 3. Search database for on-hand inventory. 4. Generate Purchase and Customer Orders via SAP. 5. Complete receiving process for orders that are sent from vendors and Kerry locations. 6. Code receiving documents to the appropriate department for inventory adjustments. 7. Maintain and adjust orders as needed according to RD&A needs and plant capabilities. 8. Assist with ordering for common stock inventory. 9. Create indirect purchase orders and follow invoicing process 10.
