As an Operations Senior Specialist II- Assumptions, in Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible for delivering top notch support that is vital to Home Lending and the Consumer and Community Bank. You will be assisting in various parts of an operation oriented around customers and providing solutions for them in the Assumptions part of Home Lending.

Job responsibilities

Receives, Reviews, and Prepares assumption closing package requests (conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-Agency) in accordance with policies and proceduresReviews the loan application for completeness and accuracyUpdates various systems for Assumption completionParticipates in projects and process improvement initiatives as requiredMaintains system accuracy with data integrityComplies to performance & quality metricsMaintains constant communication with the Relationship Managers throughout the duration of the processPerforms additional duties as assigned

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
