Operations Senior Manager - Evernorth - Remote
The Implementation and Service Organization is hiring an Operations Senior Manager. This is a critical leadership role responsible for managing the relationship between Client Operations, Pharmacy Account Management, Implementation teams, and key external clients. You’ll be the liaison between the business and operational teams that ensure client success and retention. **What You’ll Do** **:** + Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to ensure delivery of consistent, high-quality client support and implementation services + Supports the PBM and Cigna specifically around Client Transition files and impact reporting + Collaborate with Pharmacy Commercial, Payer, and Individual and Family Plan (IFP) stakeholders to support end-to-end setup of new Commercial, Payer, and IFP carriers and maintenance of existing Commercial, Payer, and IFP carriers to ensure alignment with operational strategies + Own the end-to-end operational relationship for assigned clients, with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction, retention, issue identification and resolution + Assess the quality, consistency, and delivery of services from Client Operations, driving process improvements where needed + Serve as a senior consultant for client relationships, helping internal teams align with client goals and expectations + Partner with Implementation and Migration teams to support onboarding and transitions for new and existing clients, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to service standards + Lead initiatives to optimize service standards, drive continuous improvement, and promote a culture of accountability and performance **Requirements:** + High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree, preferred + 4+ years of experience in operational management, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, required + 4+ years of experience as a proven people leader with the ability to develop talent, foster collaboration, and inspire high team performance, highly preferred + Experience with the integrated Cigna Pharmacy Business (on the ESI platform), highly preferred + Strong operational acumen, with experience managing complex processes in pharmacy carrier implementation/client onboarding and termination, highly preferred + Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a client mindset, required + Strategic thinker with a track record of driving results in cross-functional environments, required + Experience synthesizing data and leveraging trend analysis to develop process improvement strategies, preferred + Strong technical savvy and the ability to learn complex systems, required + Ability to interact independently with a diverse and growing internal and external customer base, required If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 108,200 - 180,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
