This role focuses on leading operational workstreams — aligning people, process, and technology to deliver changes smoothly, efficiently, and in a way that can scale long‑term. You will work closely with business and technology partners to support delivery planning, manage timelines, identify risks, and keep operations moving forward. Responsibilities include coordinating activities across teams, monitoring progress and dependencies, supporting governance and stakeholder communication, and driving process improvements to enable successful delivery and adoption.
