Operations Process Design Specialist
As we continue to look for new solutions to improve our retirement plan recordkeeping capabilities and improved customer experiences, **John Hancock’s** **US Retirement** **Services** business is focused on reaching our bold ambition while we help people around the world save and invest so they can confidently achieve their retirement goals! We are building out **FutureChoice** , a new digital ecosystem including recordkeeping and trust operations. Our **Strategic Initiatives Team** is looking for **two** dynamic, enthusiastic, team-oriented **Process Design Experts** who have a passion for solving problems, gathering process requirements, and finding creative solutions while always having the customer at the forefront of their thinking! The Process Design role will focus on process definition through the various stages of change delivery (i.e. Initial, Interim and Target State Offerings). They will work closely with our Operations, Transformation, Technology and Product Teams and will be key members of the Core Team consisting of the Process Design Specialist, Strategic Operations Product Owner/Leads, User Acceptance Testers, and Technical Writers. Here’s what you’ll be doing…** + Working closely with the Operations Product Owner/Leads to collaborate with our partners in Technology and Product. + Working closely with the Team’s Business Analyst who will identify the system requirements needed by Operations in alignment with designed processes. + Strongly advocating for Operations requirements while working in collaboration with Technology, Product, Sales/Presales, Relationship Management, and other key stakeholders. + Contribute to mitigation strategies and identify and raise risks, challenges, and Operations impacts as it relates to the MVP solution design. + Contribute to building solutions with best practices in mind.
