**The role:**
As a CBRE Operations and Performance Senior Manager, you will be a key driver of operational excellence, supporting critical business processes across a large region or high-profile client. You will independently manage operational initiatives, provide actionable insights through reporting and analysis, and ensure the smooth execution of daily activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to implement best practices, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement, making a tangible impact on the efficiency and success of the organization.
**The opportunity:**
Bid Management
Lead end-to-end bid lifecycle for new and renewal opportunities across Pacific.
Develop bid strategies, value propositions, and win themes.
Manage bid documents, pricing inputs, governance, and timely submissions.
Coordinate stakeholder reviews and maintain bid templates and best practices.
Transition Management
Oversee post-award transitions and mobilisations.
Develop transition plans covering budget, staffing, procurement, communication, and risk.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and track transition KPIs/SLAs.
Operational Support & Governance
Support operations teams to deliver service excellence.
Monitor KPIs, compliance, budgets, and contractual obligations.
Conduct health checks, due diligence, and financial deep-dives to identify growth and cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
Potential short-term secondments into accounts (up to 6 months).
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Liaise across solutions, transition, operations, and client teams.
Build strong stakeholder relationships across Pacific.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and market insights to support business growth.
Represent CBRE at client/vendor-facing events.
**About you:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
+ In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
+ Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
