Job Description

The Operations Onboarding Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new private client relationships. This role involves coordinating account opening documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. The analyst will liaise with internal teams such as legal, compliance, and operations to facilitate smooth transitions and track onboarding progress, proactively communicating updates to stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires ensuring accurate data entry into CRM and portfolio management systems and identifying and escalating potential issues or delays in the onboarding process. The analyst will also contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for onboarding new private client relationships.Coordinate account opening documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.Liaise with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations) to facilitate smooth transitions.Track onboarding progress and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.Ensure accurate data entry into CRM and portfolio management systems.Identify and escalate potential issues or delays in the onboarding process.Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.Essential SkillsDegree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.0 - 1 years of experience in financial services, preferably in client onboarding, operations, or client service.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with CRM or portfolio management systems is a plus.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment

The role is 100% on-site from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. The office boasts a cool vibe and is located on the water, offering an inspiring work atmosphere. Occasionally, there are catered lunches, enhancing the work environment. Parking costs are covered in the hourly rate, with an estimated monthly expense of $260.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
