What is this opportunity?
In this role you will be responsible for the successful fulfillment and servicing of Estate settlement transactions. The successful candidate consistently acts upon ‘continuous improvement’ activities and creates win-win situations to ensure a clear balance between the client experience and mitigation of operational/compliance risk with full alignment to CB Operations business objectives and RBC's vision. In this role you will use training, knowledge and experience of diverse RBC products, processes and services.

Delivers excellent service to our clients every time; focusing on doing what is best for our clients and the organization - making it Simpler, Faster, BetterFocus on attaining established benchmarks for complex and/or specialized client activities, transactions and/or processes, contributing to achievement of business specific Client Service Commitments (CSC’s) and/or Service Level Agreement (SLA)Employee must meet minimum performance thresholds set by your team/groupConsistently demonstrates a sense of urgency in daily activities understanding the importance and impact of personal actions on achieving a superior client experienceResponsible for successful fulfillment and servicing of Estate settlement transactions.Ensure process/controls are in place and are being followedAnalyzes non-standard and/or specialized transactionsProvides professional, attentive and accurate service when dealing with both clients and staff. Demonstrates commitment to taking ownership & accountability at first point of contact and ensuring appropriate escalation as requiredWhat do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with partners across CanadaCompletion of Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma programStrong background with the use of Window based computer applications such as Word and Excel combined with accurate keyboarding skillsProven analytical mindset and problem solving skillsDemonstrate ability to adapt to an ever changing environmentMaintaining a detail oriented approach while working in a high volume environmentAdaptabilityNice to have:
Knowledge of Registered productsKnowledge of EMS systemHave experience working with Estate Management System, CART, RBIS, Application Launch Pad, On demand, Service Platform, Sales PlatformWhat’s in it for you?
