What is the opportunity?
The Operations Officer (Agent of the Future) provides is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining accurate records and files, and ensuring the timely distribution of documents within the organization. Must be onsite 5 days a week at York Mills Centre
What will you do?
Deliver excellent service to clients and partners, focusing on doing what is best for clients and RBC.Demonstrate a sense of urgency in daily activities, understanding the impact of personal actions on achieving a superior client experience.Apply your deep knowledge of diverse RBC products, processes, services and supporting systems/applications to process complex and specialized client transactions or investigations efficiently.Exercise due diligence in following RBC operational risk policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.Demonstrate strength in judgment and connect with partners to make informed decisions based on information.Be accountable for quality and accuracy of day-to-day tasks, ensuring a balance between client experience, efficiency, operational risk, and compliance.Use language, behaviors and actions that support a positive and productive work environment.Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing ideas and best practicesWhat do you need to succeed?
Must Have
Ability to multitask and have strong organization and prioritization skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracyStrong and demonstrated communication skills both verbal and written.Proven problem-solving skills and ability to apply analytical thinking.Shift is onsite at YMC Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)Nice to have
