**Job Title: Operations Manager** **Job Description**
Candidates will be assuming the operation duties for an HVAC Service and Install company. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day operations, as well as the service programs and marketing initiatives, to continue growing the business. The role involves leading a team of about 25 members.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee daily operations of the HVAC service and installation company.
+ Manage and lead a team of approximately 25 employees.
+ Develop and implement service programs to enhance business growth.
+ Lead marketing efforts to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
+ Coordinate with the finance department to ensure budgetary alignment.
+ Oversee dispatch operations and ensure efficient customer service.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5 plus years of experience as an HVAC Service Manager.
+ Proficiency in using service software and managing dispatch operations.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Experience in marketing and sales within the HVAC industry.
+ Sound understanding of business and financial operations.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
+ Forward-thinking with the ability to innovate and implement new strategies.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
