Operations Manager
Job Description The Operations Manager is responsible for planning and directing all production activities to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective manufacturing operations. This role supports senior management in current operations and strategic business planning for future growth. The Operations Manager fosters a collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, continuous improvement, and innovation, driving operational excellence and aligning with the company's long-term objectives. Responsibilities include: - Oversee daily production operations, capacity planning, workflow management, and resource allocation to meet efficiency, quality, and delivery targets. - Lead, train, and develop production teams while fostering a positive, collaborative culture that promotes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Implement, maintain, and enhance manufacturing processes, SOPs, and safety/quality compliance standards across all operations. - Collaborate with leadership to support strategic planning, communicate production and inventory plans, analyze performance data, and drive ongoing improvements in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Skills and Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering field preferred OR equivalent experience - Minimum 7-10 years of experience directing a manufacturing operation that includes assembly - Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with multiple languages spoken. - Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented with strong analytical skills, and strong problem solving and decision-making skills - Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills - Successful project management skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office - Ability to travel both domestically/internationally if needed - At least 3 years in Electronics Manufacturing/Manufacturing preferred - Bilingual in Mandarin or Spanish
