**Operations Manager**
**We are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to take ownership of site performance and lead the charge in technical, operational, and financial success. This role is about more than managing processes—it’s about driving efficiency, building a strong team culture, and ensuring sustained profitability.**
**What You’ll Do**
+ Lead daily operations on the floor, supporting technicians and resolving issues quickly.
+ Identify risks and bottlenecks, implementing practical solutions that keep production moving.
+ Apply Lean principles, 5S, and continuous improvement to strengthen process discipline.
+ Champion safety and compliance, building habits that protect people and equipment.
+ Mentor and develop employees, fostering accountability and pride in workmanship.
+ Run production meetings to align priorities and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
+ Oversee equipment reliability and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
+ Optimize planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to meet customer commitments.
+ Investigate production issues hands-on and implement corrective actions.
+ Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
+ Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping.
+ Continuously improve tools, methods, and workflows to boost performance and profitability.
**What You Bring**
+ Proven success leading operations and achieving measurable results.
+ Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment manufacturing, repair, and maintenance.
+ Hands-on problem-solving skills and experience driving process improvements.
+ Expertise in Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team alignment and conflict resolution.
+ Deep understanding of safety regulations and ability to foster a safety-first culture.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and planning.
+ Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and maintain credibility with front-line employees.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or operations management.
+ 5+ years of leadership experience in plant or operations management, preferably in oil and gas equipment manufacturing.
**Preferred Skills**
+ Oil and gas experience.
+ Experience in production management.

**Work Environment** On-site manufacturing environment (non-climate controlled) with a climate-controlled office. Requires approximately 10% travel to other sites.

This is a Permanent position based out of Catoosa, OK.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
bonus based on self/team production goals met
