Trucking Operations Manager

*****We are specifically looking for candidates who have hands-on trucking operations experience and have successfully managed a team of Fleet Managers. This industry-specific background is critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct, coach, and develop Fleet Managers who oversee daily driver activityEnsure consistent communication, expectations, and accountability across all shiftsOversee driver scheduling, performance, safety standards, and complianceManage escalations and remove daily roadblocks for Fleet Managers and driversMonitor operational KPIs, identify trends, and implement process improvementsPartner with dispatch, planning, customer service, and leadership to maintain smooth operationsSupport retention by strengthening driver engagement and overall driver experienceEnforce company policies, service standards, and operational procedures
