Operations Manager
**Operations Manager** **Hourly:** $35 – $43/hr DOE **Overview** The Operations Manager supports both day‑to‑day operational functions and core financial activities. This role ensures smooth workflow across departments, maintains accurate financial reporting, and strengthens internal processes. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable balancing operational oversight with accounting responsibilities. This position plays a key role in coordinating resources, improving efficiency, and supporting leadership with data‑driven decision‑making. **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field + Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, accounting, or a blended role + Experience supporting operational workflows with basic financial tracking and documentation. + Ability to coordinate cross‑functional workflows and support daily operational needs **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in a manufacturing, production, or large‑scale operational environment + Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting fundamentals preferred + Experience with ERP or accounting systems preferred (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) + CPA, CMA, or operations‑focused certification (preferred but not required) + Familiarity with local and regional compliance requirements + Experience improving processes, implementing new systems, or optimizing operational workflows + Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vallejo, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
