**Job Title: Operations Manager**
**Job Description**
The Operations Manager plays a critical role in managing all aspects of inside operations for the branch. This hands-on position involves actively assisting in day-to-day operations while developing and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure efficient branch operations. The Operations Manager also provides valuable input and feedback on operations, processes, and results to the Regional Manager.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage overhead costs effectively to ensure budget adherence.
+ Develop strategic and operational plans to enhance branch performance.
+ Monitor financial and operational performance to achieve business goals.
+ Oversee rental fleet and inventory management for optimal utilization.
+ Cultivate strong vendor relationships to ensure seamless operations.
+ Lead and motivate team members to achieve high performance standards.
+ Execute inside sales strategies and follow-up activities to drive revenue.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proven operations management skills with a focus on supervision and leadership.
+ Ability to manage and motivate team members with 3 to 5 years of management experience.
+ Strong understanding of financial reports and shop operations.
+ Proficient in computer applications including Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
+ Excellent driving record with a valid driver's license.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Class B CDL may be required in the future; candidate should hold a medical card to drive company vehicles and tow chippers and trailers.

**Work Environment**
Work Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with possible occasional overnight travel. Be part of a small team of around 10 people in a location that is in the rebuild phase, transitioning from a $12MM revenue store to its current status of $6MM.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Livermore, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
