Operations Manager
**Site Operations Manager** **Our client, a global leader in cleanroom and technical supply chain solutions, is seeking a Site Operations Manager.** This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in logistics, inventory control, and client-facing operations—especially in environments involving technical or engineered products. **What’s the Job?** + Lead daily site operations including warehousing, shipping/receiving, production support, and inventory control + Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of warehouse staff, supervisors, and support personnel + Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and proactive obsolescence management + Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to optimize material flow and logistics + Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership—attend meetings, present KPIs, and align on goals + Resolve operational issues through root cause analysis, especially those involving technical specifications or quality + Monitor and improve KPIs, service levels, and customer satisfaction + Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards + Manage site budget, labor planning, and vendor relationships + Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma methodologies **What’s Needed?** + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred) + 5+ years of experience in operations or site management, ideally in logistics or technical product environments + Strong background in inventory control, ERP/WMS systems, and material flow + Experience managing complex, high-value, or engineered products + Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools **Preferred Attributes:** + Experience with SAP, Maximo, or WMS platforms + Background in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) spare parts management + Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence **Working Conditions:** + Full-time, onsite leadership role with regular floor presence and client interaction + Occasional travel to other client sites or regional hubs + Flexibility to support after-hours or weekend operations as needed **What’s in it for Me?** + Direct hire opportunity + 401K, Dental, Life & Disability + Flexible spending account and health savings account. + Career growth in a high-impact, client-facing role + Collaborative and innovative work environment **About ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of: Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson Wells** ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
