**Job Title: Operations Manager** Job Description The Operations Manager is responsible for achieving the monthly and annual operating plan for the site, focusing on financial and operational performance metrics. This role involves direct oversight of various departments, including Machining & Assembly, Warehouse, Maintenance, Purchasing, Planning, and Manufacturing Engineering. The position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices to drive cultural change and business excellence. Responsibilities + Achieve monthly and annual operating plans as defined by Operational KPIs and financial statements. + Develop and lead lean/continuous improvement processes supporting the site's mission, focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP), along with OEE and cost improvement. + Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of daily operations using lean tools. + Coordinate and communicate effectively between support and business functions to achieve optimum solutions. + Lead long-term planning initiatives geared toward operational excellence. + Oversee overall inventory management, planning/scheduling systems, and reporting controls. + Manage operating budgets in coordination with the General Manager. + Ensure compliance with all regulatory and permit authorities, and timely reporting. + Conduct regular meetings with the General Manager for fiscal budget planning. + Motivate and develop the team to achieve 'world-class' standards. + Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of financial performance against budget and operational goals. Work Environment The work environment is temperature-controlled, consisting of three separate buildings: the Machining Building, Assembly Building, and Warehouse. Employees work from 6 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Thursday, with additional overtime on Fridays. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Cleveland, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
