Operations Manager, Uber Eats
The Operations team is the strategic and operational engine of Uber Eats. It designs, deploys, and optimizes the initiatives that ensure a seamless, fast, and reliable experience for every user on our platform. As an **Operations Manager**, you will play a critical role at the intersection of strategy, analysis, on-the-ground execution, and innovation. You will directly contribute to Uber Eats' growth by working on high-impact projects and collaborating with local and international teams. **What you'll do** - **Strategic Project Management:** You will be responsible for high-impact projects from start to finish, including defining goals, executing plans, and tracking KPIs. You will coordinate with local and international stakeholders (Product, Legal, Comms, City Ops, etc.) to ensure fast and aligned execution. - **Process Optimization and Tool Development:** You will design scalable processes and efficient tools to improve the experience for our users and partners. Examples include: - **Advanced Data Analysis:** With privileged access to data, you will lead your projects through in-depth analyses. You will build your own dashboards to monitor results, identify optimization levers, and make data-driven decisions. - **Collaboration with Product Teams:** You will act as the bridge between the realities of the French market and the Product teams based in San Francisco, New York, and Amsterdam. Your role will be to communicate market needs, prioritize product improvements, and ensure smooth rollout of new features. **Desired Profile** - You have at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a startup, strategic consulting, finance, or a demanding analytical environment. - You are fluent in French and English, comfortable both written and spoken, for daily collaboration with international teams. - You have excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for data. Proficiency in SQL is a plus. - You enjoy building, structuring, and optimizing processes with a focus on efficiency and scalability. - You are autonomous, detail-oriented, results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
