Grocery and Retail is a startup within Uber, a team focussed on growth, but with the support and leverage of Uber’s large global ridesharing and delivery businesses. We’re looking for an Operations & Logistics Manager to join our Consumer Operations and Merchandising team to support the planning, creation, deployment and tracking of consumer growth and merchandising initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with large quantities of data to help create and deploy large scale consumer growth campaigns across ANZ.
**Your Impact in Role**
- Support and own growth campaigns, including the creation and deployment of new CRM campaigns and consumer content. This includes building briefs, copywriting, developing creative assets, organising approval from cross-functional stakeholders, deploying and tracking campaigns.
- Be hands-on with our internal martech tools to segment users and manage campaigns.
- Support the curation of the in-app Grocery and Retail experience.
- Support the execution of the promotional and events plan by leading the delivery of merchandising assets and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Provide timely PIR (Post-Implementation Review) reporting on merchandising events and asset performance to support future optimization and decision-making.
- Conduct and lead weekly and quarterly competitor reviews to stay ahead of market trends
**The Experience You'll Bring**
- 1-3 years of operations or marketing experience
- Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- An eye for design
- Ability to own certain campaigns and work autonomously
- Able to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working CRM platforms (e.g. Adobe stack) preferred
- Experience working with data and spreadsheets preferred
- Understanding of category management, retail activation and operations is preferred
- Passion for online retail, ecommerce and tech
