Spherion is seeking a high-performing Operations Lead to work directly with our client's Chief Operating Officer (COO) and assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. This role is ideal for an A-plus player with a winning mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for building systems that help teams succeed.

Oversee and support company operations, systems, and processes across departments
Ensure operational standards and workflows are followed consistently
Assist with payments, bill pay, payroll systems, and financial coordination
Support onboarding and orientation of new team members
Implement and reinforce company communications and initiatives
Provide hands-on support to struggling departments when needed
Tenant and Maintenance coordination
Work directly with maintenance teams to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
Manage office operations and organizational systems
Communicate professionally with customers and vendors
Maintain detailed notes, follow-ups, and accountability tracking

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting operations team/leader
Reliable vehicle required for local travel
Self-manager with strong initiative and ownership mentality
