Responsibilities:
The Role: Field Leadership & Operational Flow

As the Operations Foreman, you are the "engine" of our business. You are the vital link between the owners and the field crew of about 25. This is a hands-on role - you won't just be behind a desk; sitting in a truck or running reports, you???ll be in the field, helping crews, delivering equipment, and ensuring every job is in compliance, on-time and done right.

Team Leadership: Hire/fire, supervise, schedule, and delegate tasks to 25 employees. You???ll be responsible for training, quality control, and maintaining a "Safety First" culture.

Operational Oversight: Keep the crews and warehouse organized and inventory stocked. You'll ensure the crews have the tanks and equipment they need to stay on schedule.

Accountability: You are the face of management to the crew. You???ll handle everything from positive coaching to disciplinary discussions and follow-through.

Field Support: Deliver equipment to job sites and jump in to help the crew solve problems in real-time.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
What You Need to Succeed:

Leadership Presence: 4 - 6 years of experience in a Construction Foreman or Warehouse Management role where you have a proven record of being hands-on with your teams/crew.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in Construction or Septic is highly preferred.

Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think on your feet when a schedule changes or a customer has a service issue.

Diplomacy: You must be able to communicate effectively with both ownership and field staff, acting as a professional bridge between the two.

Physical Drive: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, drive to various job sites, and maintain a "can-do" attitude in all weather conditions.

Tech Basics: Comfortable using MS Word and Excel for reporting.
