The Operations Director is responsible for day-to-day branch operations, administrative oversight, and financial performance.
The Director partners closely with clinical, business development, and administrative teams to meet performance targets related to revenue, hours of care, compliance, and patient experience.

Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 base plus a 20% performance-based bonus.

Team & Branch Management
Manages daily operations and staffing for the assigned branch. Provides coaching and development for team members. Provides a high-quality experience for field staff during the onboarding process and while working in the field.Community Engagement
Partners with business development to support local growth initiatives and relationships. Participates in patient visits and referral engagement as needed.Compliance & Quality
Ensures branch compliance with all federal, state, and local home care regulations. Works with clinical leadership to support quality care outcomes.Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree required (business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred). 2–3 years of management or operations experience. Strong organizational, financial, and people management skills. Ability and willingness to travel locally as needed. Must meet all state and company requirements.Preferred
Home care, healthcare, or service-based operations experience. Experience managing budgets, staffing, or revenue-driven performance. Comfort working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.Additional Information
