ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in access solutions, is looking for an Operations Director for ALCEA, a French designer of security solutions based in Villebon-sur-Yvette, France, created in 1995, which joined the ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions division in October 2022.
This division of the group aims to offer high-security products and services to critical infrastructures such as telecoms, energy, transport, industry, etc.

What would you do as Operations Director:

Manage and coordinate direct and indirect purchasing, production, logistics, and inventory Analyse the production and distribution processes of products/services and evaluate their efficiency Define the budget strategy and the means implemented in collaboration with management to develop turnover and margins. Set up and use specific KPIs to improve performance Guide the production teams and ensure compliance with specifications. Identify areas for improvement and then propose continuous development plans Optimise production costs to improve productivity, in line with the company's quality standards.

 

Skills and experience you will need
We are looking for someone who:

Facilitates communication between the various departments of the company and leads the teams Has a 5-year degree from a leading business or engineering school Desired experience: 5 years

Position based in: ZA de Courtaboeuf – 91140 – Villebon-sur-Yvette
(45 minutes from the centre of Paris)
Reporting to the ALCEA Managing Director.
Type of contract: Permanent
