We are on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our Jacksonville Branch Office. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive and engaging environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as the friendly face of our branch, providing front desk coverage and acting as the local point of contact.Facilitate effective branch and office communications.Coordinate office logistics, including space, supplies, and equipment.Manage accounts payable and oversee bill payments.Review and distribute mail efficiently and in compliance with relevant rules and regulations.Troubleshoot conference room, technology, and branch network issues.Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools for reporting and analytics.Support branch events, meetings, and campaigns with enthusiasm.Administer our CRM program to enhance client relationships.The base salary range for this position is $48,000 - $55,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
