Department Summary:

As the MITRE Labs Sector Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the glue that holds everything together. You’ll work closely with leadership and key teams to ensure our operations are seamless, efficient, and always ahead of the curve. From managing schedules to coordinating projects, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps the wheels turning. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, thrives under pressure, and is always two steps ahead.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Be the right hand to our leadership team, managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements like a pro.Keep operations on track by coordinating projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.Act as the ultimate problem-solver, anticipating needs and finding creative solutions to challenges.Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.Assist with event planning, team activities, and other special projects that keep our culture thriving.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Approach all tasks with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.Previous experience in operations, high-level administrative support, or human resourcesDemonstrated experience with Microsoft products including OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneNote, Excel, and PowerPoint.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with exceptional organizational skills.Experience with clear, concise, and professional communicationsA high level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.This position has an on-site requirement of 5 days a week on-site.

Salary compensation range and midpoint:

$83,200 - $104,000 - $124,800 Annual
