Operations Coordinator
Seeking an Operations Coordinator in the West Des Moines Area!! Job Description We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Brokerage Operations team. The role involves the independent and timely review and processing of Non-Registered Associates, Registered Admins, and testing kits. The ideal candidate will be able to audit accurately and completely identify paperwork that is not in good order. This position requires conducting high-quality check-in calls that add value to newly affiliated individuals, sending professional welcome emails within service level agreements, and processing transitioning business accurately and promptly. Responsibilities + Independently review and process Non-Registered Associates, Registered Admins, and testing kits. + Accurately audit and identify paperwork that is not in good order. + Conduct high-quality, value-adding check-in calls to newly affiliated individuals. + Send professional welcome emails to newly affiliated individuals, ensuring adherence to service level agreements. + Process transitioning business accurately and in a timely manner. + Contact product companies for Change of Representative updates and update status on client tracking sheets. + Close all assigned opportunities in Salesforce promptly and prevent backlog. Essential Skills + Proficiency in accounting, reconciling, data entry, and processing. + Experience with annuities, brokerage, and financial services. + Familiarity with Pershing, finance, and processing tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Preferred candidates will hold a Business degree. + At least 1 year of experience in the financial services industry. + At least 1 year of experience processing in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. + At least 1 year of experience in a processing, accounting, or production-driven environment. Work Environment The work environment is business casual with an open cubicle style. The company promotes a flexible approach to work hours rather than strict clock-in and clock-out times. While there is no lunchroom serving food, there is a designated area for eating. The standard shift is from 8 am to 5 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Des Moines, Iowa. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
