Operations Coordinator
Job Title: Operations CoordinatorJob Description

This position is for an Operations Coordinator in the Brokerage Operations area. The role involves independent and timely review and processing of Non Registered Associates, Registered Admin, and testing kits. The ideal candidate will have the ability to audit accurately and completely identify paperwork that is not in good order.

ResponsibilitiesConduct high-quality check-in calls that add value to newly affiliated individuals.Send professional welcome emails to newly affiliated individuals within service level agreements.Process transitioning business accurately and in a timely manner.Contact product companies for Change of Representative updates and update status on client tracking sheets.Close all assigned opportunities in Salesforce promptly and prevent backlog.

Work Environment

The work environment is business casual with an open cubicle style. The company values flexibility and does not strictly enforce clock-in and clock-out times. While there is no lunchroom that serves food, there is a designated place to eat. The shift is from 8 am to 5 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Des Moines, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
