This role supports facilities operations across three nearby locations. You will be part of a small team, working alongside one Facilities Technician and a manager responsible for Facilities and EH&S. This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, focusing on preventive maintenance, effective communication, and vendor management.
ResponsibilitiesAdminister the Limbal CMMS to create and delete assets, develop and modify preventive maintenance schedules, and prioritize tasks.Review and validate facilities requests from the central email inbox, ensuring accurate entry into the CMMS.Assist with day-to-day EH&S communications and updates, including sending all-hands safety and compliance communications.Manage purchasing and serve as a liaison with multiple vendors such as janitorial, lab coach, waste hauler, and EHS consultant.Support ongoing facilities and maintenance activities across all three sites.Provide direct support to the technician and manager, taking on additional tasks as the role expands.Essential SkillsStrong organizational skillsEffective communication abilitiesAdaptability and a quick learning capabilityStrong work ethicAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, facilities, or maintenance environments is helpful but not required.CMMS or database experience is a plus but not mandatory—a willingness to learn is more important.Success in this role is measured by the ability to keep tasks organized, handle communications professionally, and learn systems quickly.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
