Operations Coordinator
About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth logistics operations by executing tasks in alignment with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Key Responsibilities: + Execute operational tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency, following SOPs. + Provide shipment information and create orders. + Activate shipments, build and assign loads, and schedule appointments. + Track and trace shipments, enter events, and manage invoicing. + Monitor task boards and email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests. + Document events accurately and escalate issues as needed. + Ensure customer and carrier satisfaction through timely follow-up. + Validate and maintain accurate load data in systems. + Perform additional duties as assigned based on team or regional needs. Essential Skills: + Experience in logistics or supply chain operations. + Strong data entry and organizational skills. + Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively. + High attention to detail and accuracy. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
