Position Summary:
The Administrative Specialist is responsible to assist the office and operations staff with correspondence (Internal and External), billing issues, accounts payable documents, customer requests, supplying and ordering items, data entry for raw materials inventory, payroll, claims management and general office responsibilities as required
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Organizes and distributes charter information to production departments and management staffOrder’s office suppliesAssists in billing issues, accounts payablePayroll entries for approximately 25 employees a dayData entry of inventory into SAPAssists in claims management of worker injuriesGeneral office duties to include but not limited to filing, telephone routing and messages, etc.Education:
High School Diploma or GED requiredGeneral bookkeeping would be an assetWork Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years clerical duties and responsibilitiesJob Skills:
Must have strong computer skills using Microsoft Office Products including Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentExcellent time management skills requiredStrong organizational, analytical and leadership skills requiredCommunication Skills:
