Operations Associate Manager - Lockbox

In this role, you will:

Supervise a team of Operation Specialists responsible for moderately complex transactional and operational tasks such as processing servicing related tasks, identifying problems, improving service levels and develop metric to measure growth and performanceEnsure timely completion, quality and compliance within the operation areaWork independently on moderately complex issues and projectsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates issues to senior managementProvide training, performance, evaluation and coaching of less experienced teamMake daily supervisory decisions and resolve moderately complex business issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operational tasks under direction of Operations managementLeverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managersLead team to achieve objectivesManage allocation of people and financial resources for OperationsMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education1+ years of leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge and understanding of Lockbox Operations department workflow processesExperience in the financial industry with Lockbox or other Banking OperationsExperience leading an Operations Team in a production environmentExperience with capacity planning, forecasting, and measurementsAbility to anticipate and make timely and independent judgment to identify and resolve problemsTime management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to motivate and provide performance feedback to staffAbility to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence changeExperience directing activities of team members, performance management, career development, coaching, mentoring, and succession planningExperience successfully collaborating with others in a change driven environmentExperience driving process improvement efforts to gain efficiencies.Ability to read correspondence accurately and be able to provide a written responseAbility to provide strong customer service and develop customer and partner relationshipsIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsAdvanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills


Job Expectations:

Ability to work on-site at the posted work locationFlexible and willing to work non-standard hours; including holidays, weekends & extended shifts if needed to support this 24/7 locationThursday to Monday night shift, typically starting at midnight with Tuesday / Wednesday off

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$82,000.00 - $125,000.00
