Operations Assistant

We are hiring for an Operations Assistant!

Job Description

The Operations Assistant is responsible for providing lobby and reception coverage, executing administrative duties, offering administrative support, and coordinating various tasks associated with the office operations and management.

Responsibilities

Manage the answering and transferring of all incoming calls.Greet and direct all visitors and non-visitors in the lobby area.Electronically process all incoming mail.Prepare outgoing mail and overnight deliveries.Coordinate scheduling and setup of all conference rooms for employees and clients.Coordinate lunch meetings, including ordering, setup, and cleanup.Maintain the cleanliness of conference rooms, lobby, and kitchen.Continuously distribute internal communications via email throughout the day.Work with property management to report building maintenance and repair issues.Maintain contact lists for the office.Order and maintain sufficient stock of office supplies.Assist operations or other departments with reporting, data entry, deposits, and any other administrative support as needed.

Essential Skills

Proven computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).Strong customer service skills.Effective communication and writing skills.Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role in an office environment.Excellent oral and written English communication skills.Superior customer service and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated proficiency with automated agency management systems.Ability to work in a team environment.Ability to work a regular, full-time schedule at the office facility.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of winter park, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
