**About this role** **Job Summary** We are a dynamic, data-driven team at the intersection of finance and technology. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, self-driven individual to join our Chief Operating Officer team in a dynamic, cross-functional role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on strategic projects, working across multiple business teams and analyzing data – all with the goal of driving operational excellence. This position requires strong analytical and organizational skills, critical thinking and a passion for learning. You will collaborate with portfolio managers, operations and engineering teams in a fast-growing segment of asset management. **Key Responsibilities** + Support daily and weekly data QA/QC processes using existing systems + Collaborate across departments to understand business priorities and project interdependencies + Analyze and visualize data to inform decisions and measure ROI + Assist in program/project management and tool development + Learn and adapt quickly to new technical tools and business domains **Qualifications** + Detail-focused with a knack for seeing how small pieces fit into broader business goals + Confident, hardworking, and comfortable navigating an unconstrained role + Strong Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI) + Familiarity with SQL or other relational databases; Python exposure is a plus + Exposure to CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus + Experience in QA/QC, project management, or consulting-style environments + Proactive learner with the ability to self-teach technical tools and business processes **Education** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline. + Additional QA certifications or training preferred. For Chicago, IL Only the salary range for this position is USD$95,000.00 - USD$127,500.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
