We are currently seeking a Operations Analyst to join our team in Herndon, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Operations Analyst to support our federal business development and capture operations. This role combines Salesforce administration, data analytics, and process optimization to drive efficiency across the growth lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in CRM management, data analysis, and automation, along with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and support strategic decision-making.

 

Job Duties:

Salesforce Administration & Development:

Manage the Salesforce platform, including user training, onboarding/offboarding, and issue resolutionMaintain data integrity across multiple Salesforce Orgs and perform bulk updates using Salesforce Data LoaderEnforce CRM governance, including naming conventions, required fields, stage definitions, and contact/account hierarchy

Sales Operations & Pipeline Support:

Partner with BD and Capture leads to maintain account and opportunity records, next steps, customer touchpoints, and capture milestones in the CRMDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Salesforce reports for pipeline visibility and leadership readoutsBuild weekly and monthly pipeline reports highlighting key changes, risks, aging opportunities, and required actionsApply NTT DATA Federal qualification standards and stage-gate criteria to support go/no-go decisions

Gate Review & Process Orchestration:

Schedule and facilitate Growth Office gate reviews, managing agendas, pre-reads, decisions, and action itemsEnsure owners close actions on time and maintain accountability throughout the processSupport pipeline meetings and capture milestone tracking

Research & Customer Intelligence:

Produce concise customer and opportunity briefs for priority accounts in Civilian agenciesResearch mission priorities, procurement signals, contract vehicles, and known stakeholdersCurate and update Growth Office reference materials including capability one-pagers, past performance summaries, and competitor snapshots

SharePoint & Content Management:

Manage internal SharePoint portal, including monthly homepage updates and All Hands content postingMaintain pursuit artifacts and trackers for Capture and Proposals teamsSupport Solutions Team with Teams site management and distribution lists

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Coordinate across BD, Capture, Solutions Architecture, Pricing, and Proposals to ensure clear handoffs and milestone completionSupport compliance and quality alignment for internal audits and repeatable executionIdentify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions

 

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration and developmentProficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint, SOQL, and PythonExperience with CRM data management, reporting, and analyticsStrong understanding of federal business development and capture processes preferredExcellent organizational, communication, and project coordination skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesExperience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator administration is a plus
