Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day tasks for the Supply Chain Manager, Operations Manager, Production, Shipping Lead, and Lab Supervisor. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across various departments.
ResponsibilitiesPerform assigned office and clerical duties.Scan and process work orders.Complete shipping paperwork for trucks picking up shipments.Manage purchase orders.Enter work orders into the system.Take on additional duties as proficiency in initial tasks is demonstrated.Essential SkillsProficiency in administrative support and data entry.Experience with Microsoft Office suite.Ability to handle filing and work orders.Familiarity with SAP ERP or other ERP systems.Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsERP knowledge preferred, SAP experience is a significant advantage.Experience working with production and shipping teams is highly preferred.Strong attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.Work Environment
This position operates in an office environment, with potential opportunities to visit the production floor for collaboration with different teams. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
