**Position Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to support communication and operations efforts for our Analytics & Behavior Change organization. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for executing various operational tasks including supporting our real estate footprint and producing and updating operational reporting for our Senior Leadership team.
Additionally, you will support the department communications and event strategies, including developing our multiple internal websites and partnering on department-wide communication announcements. This role will also lead Office Manager duties to maintain a productive work environment. This role requires working onsite 2 days a week in CVS's Irving, TX or Wellesley, MA office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in the strategy and execute various operational tasks that support our office footprint.
+ Partner with real estate teams to implement larger initiatives.
+ Execute weekly attendance reporting and office utilization reporting for Senior Leadership.
+ Manage reporting of Senior Leader events and top-level meetings and deliverables.
+ Perform various Office Manager duties.
+ Manage various other operational responsibilities.
+ Craft clear, concise, and engaging communication messages tailored to various audiences, translating complex information into user-friendly language to keep colleagues informed and engaged.
+ Collaborate closely with Analytics & Behavior Change colleagues to gather accurate and timely information for operational and communication purposes.
+ Support coordination of team and department events.
+ Maintain and update our multiple internal SharePoint and intranet sites to ensure content is current and relevant.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 1+ year experience with Excel (including VLookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
+ 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
+ Strong communication, event planning, project management, or related skills.
+ Proven written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
+ Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
+ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in building and maintaining SharePoint sites and/or Content Management Systems.
+ Experience with Smartsheet a plus.
**Education**
+ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, English, Journalism or a related field required.

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $102,081.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
