As a Network Management Oversight Associate within the Network Management Team, you will manage Third Party Oversight activities and ensure operational accuracy. You will be responsible to maintain the Network Management Reference data as requested from within the teams and LOBs. You are responsible for due diligence, regulatory compliance, and process improvements. You are responsible to maintain a controlled environment and ensure task are delivered to the documented SOPs.
Job Responsibilities
Timely and accurate execution of BAU operations including changes to party reference data, off-boarding’s, third-party agent documentation, data retention, metric reporting. Keep up to date -, control check list, Task Managers etc.Act as an independent data guardian who would be responsible for ensuring the quality and fitness for purpose of the Network Management data within the golden source MINT & Ariba for documents. Ensure reconciliations/ affirmations of data across various sources is performed accurately to check & maintain data integrity.Always be audit-ready, partner with controls team to ensure controls and process disciplines are rigorously maintained and continually enhanced through metrics reporting, risk assessment testing, quality assurance and root cause analysis.Ensure SOPs and Procedures are always kept updated and any changes are incorporated in timely manner with appropriate approvals. Participate in regulatory investigations/testing; Audit/Compliance review; control checks. Prepare data for various audit / ad hoc requests.Ensure tasks are managed with in the defined SLA and identify and further development/ opportunities Foster a culture of continuous improvement.Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and key Network Management Stakeholders and functional partners. Influence peers with diverse points of view and build consensus.Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.Demonstrate at least 5 years of relevant work experience.Exhibit expertise in Third Party Oversight, control, and regulatory management.Apply strong change management skills to drive improvements.Strong written and verbal communication. Communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.Attention to detail combined with an ability to absorb informationAbility to complete work to deadlines, with a sense of both urgency and accuracy thorough effective time management including goal setting, planning, prioritizing, scheduling, and monitoringStrong understanding of data & document management concepts, principles and practicesUtilize advanced data and document management concepts and practices.Ability to create and deliver effective presentations
