Operational Project Coordinator (Remote)

**Contract position for 1 year with possibility of extension.**
**Experis w/2 employee with benefits at 40.00 per hour on a 40 work week.**
**This position is not open to sub vendor or third parties.**
**Remote, estimated 5% travel New York City.**
**Contractor must have computer, cell phone, and reliable high-speed internet available while remote.**
**Required working with Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA, O365 (SharePoint, Teams, Office Suite)**
**Department:** Central Business Services
This position will support the Central Business Services Team Lead by supporting a variety of projects focused on process & systems improvements within the team.
**Mandatory Qualifications:**
+ 3-6 years of operations and process improvement/standardization experience. Experience with Lean methodologies is a plus.
+ Ability and appetite to learn and assimilate new information and think holistically through complex problems with technical and non-technical components.
+ Process-oriented with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
+ Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Project Management Systems.
+ Exceptional organizational, time management and planning skills to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Skilled in managing multiple, diverse activities simultaneously, delivering on commitments, and operating with speed, accuracy and strong judgement.
+ Exemplary project management skills with the ability to set priorities, develop and execute on a workplan, and an action-bias to deliver.
+ Demonstrated problem solving ability, resourcefulness, adaptability, for surfacing value and pragmatic solutions.
+ Ability to work both independently and with teams.
+ Ability to balance multiple assignments and prioritize competing demands.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills including in meetings, emails and other written products. Excellent interpersonal skills.
+ A penchant for mastering and understanding details for the purpose of simplifying the landscape for others.
+ Preferred: Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing automaton or standardizing process.
+ Experience commensurate with a Bachelor's degree; a combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
**IT Systems to be Used:** Salesforce, O365 (SharePoint, Teams, Office suite), Asana, Confluence, JIRA
**Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate closely with Central Business team members to understand work streams, priorities, and business processes.
+ Identify operational inefficiencies to align with organizational goals and improve overall functionality.
+ Manage end-to-end process improvement projects.
+ Lead efforts to analyze, redesign , and implement optimized workflows.
+ Efficiently manage a high volume of requests/tasks while resolving complex issues.
+ Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.
+ Convert, migrate, and develop SOPs and process to Knowledge Base.
+ Document best practices across teams and processes and share recommendations to increase awareness.
+ Review and analyze data sets to identify trends, flag anomalies, with an eye towards driving continuous improvement.
+ Provide oversight and support to other contractor pools or centralized processes.
+ Conduct voice of customer across teams to determine need for new/improved services.
+ Other duties as identified that contribute toward the key outcomes of the Central Business Services team.
