ROLE: Operational Control Centre Coordinator
SALARY: £30,583.00 per annum
LOCATION: Gatwick Airport

As a team of Operational Control Centre Coordinators, you provide 24/7 operational cover and oversight for International Removals, working with multi skilled colleagues you will coordinate movements from start to end of process to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Role Responsibilities:  

Reviews timings against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). As a team of Operational Coordinators provide 24/7 operational cover and oversight for International Removals. Assists in decision making on jobs, advising and instructing relevant parties accordingly. Monitors jobs in progress and provides a back-up/alternative solution for any issues or delays. First point of contact for customers, stakeholders and clients to answer queries and resolve issues. Correctly escalating and updating the Operational Control Manager of any incidents that may occur.

 

Person Specification

High energy and personal resilience – a can-do approach. Excellent standard of verbal and written communication skills. Ability to see new and innovative ways of working. Personal skills such as negotiation, problem solving and the ability to build sound professional relationships. Ability to become security cleared via a Home Office Counter Terrorist Clearance (CTC) check.
