What You’ll Lead (aka Your Playground) 

Own the Full SQCDSP Scoreboard 

You are the steward of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and People performance for your production area. Every shift is your mini business, and you run it like a pro. 

Deliver top-tier performance using the Plan–Do–Check–Adjust cycle  

Sustain and elevate business results using Lean / IL6S / TPM model (autonomous + progressive maintenance)  

Understand loss, attack loss, eliminate loss—repeat. 

Safety Leadership (Non-Negotiable) 

Champion safety processes, including LOTO, safety maps, BOS, and root cause analysis (RCA)  

Ensure zero-harm manufacturing through proactive hazard elimination 

Coach teams daily on safe behaviors; close corrective actions fast 

Quality & Food Safety 

Protect the brand through precision: food safety checks, CCP verification, sanitation discipline, and product integrity 

Lead rapid response and RCA on deviations 

Help maintain our “100% right, 100% of the time” mindset 

Operations Excellence 

Maintain equipment at basic conditions and execute AM/PM strategies (breakdown, planned & progressive maintenance)  

Lead line startup, shutdown, and changeovers with speed and discipline 

Drive throughput, minimize downtime, reduce waste, and lift OEE 

Make data visible—hour-by-hour boards, digital trackers, deviation logs 

 

People & Culture Leadership 

Lead a diverse team across multiple lines; set expectations, give timely feedback, coach on the floor, and inspire accountability 

Handle tough interpersonal situations tactfully and confidently  

Influence effectively in a union environment (if applicable)  

Build a bench of future leaders—cross-training, upskilling, succession planning

CI, TPM & Breakdown Elimination 

Use Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and Breakdown Elimination tools to drive permanent solutions  

Lead Kaizens that actually stick—sustain improvements through SOPs, centerlining, and OnePoint Lessons 

Own stops reduction and loss analysis during your shift

What You Bring 

High performers who excel here often have: 

Required 

2+ years of manufacturing experience (food CPG strongly preferred)  

Supervisory/leadership experience 

Strong technical aptitude + shopfloor confidence 

Proven ability to prioritize and make fast, smart decisions 

Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office, digital production systems 

Fierce attention to detail and strong written & verbal communication 

Preferred / “Standout Factor” 

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Ops, Food Science, Business)  

IL6S/TPM experience; Green Belt / Lean Six Sigma certified  

Experience leading in a unionized environment 

Brilliant problem solver with a calm under pressure mindset 

Background in breakdown elimination & 5S systems

Schedule & Work Environment 

Monday–Friday, 3rd Shift (11 PM to 7 AM)  

Occasional flexibility to support other shifts and weekends  

Lively production floor environment requiring PPE, mobility, and hands-on leadership 

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
