How you will create an impact:

Enter insurance data in internal systems and MS Excel/Access.Conduct email triage and dispatch outbound emails for policy-related documentation.Prepare a variety of operational reports.Ensure timely and consistent adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for assigned processes.Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.负责把保险数据录入到相关系统负责分发客户的电子邮件以及通过邮件对外发送保单文件独立完成各类日常的业务数据报表确保所负责的流程能够达到相应的SLA（服务水平协议）高效执行主管交办的其他工作事项

What you’ll need to succeed:

Candidate with a bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of working experience is preferred.Proficient in core MS Office applications (e.g. Word and Excel).Strong written and reading proficiency in English.Good command of Cantonese is preferable.Self-motivated, detail-oriented and a team player.Prior experience working in multinational enterprises or insurance companies or data processing center is a plus.本科学历以及有1年以上的工作经验者优先熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件（尤其精通Excel和Word）具备良好的英语读写能力，能独立处理英文业务资料会粤语者优先考虑自我驱动、注重细节且善于团队协作有外资企业或数据处理中心或保险/金融行业从业经验者优先
