He or She will report to the APAC Industrial Director. **We count on you for:** + Lead the site in safely accomplishing its mission and achieving targets for its identified Key Performance Indicators. + Lead and oversee key improvement initiatives, site reliability program, failure analyses, the development and empowerment of site operations team, and assessment of the organizational health of the site. + Evaluate facility and individual performance to ensure deliverables are met while establishing accountability within the site organization + Lead site in safety best practices, quality principles, continuous improvement, ISO, environmental best practices, and data base management. + Support business planning capacity analysis, including inputs for the mid-term strategic plan and annual budgeting process. + Follow the key principles of Process Safety Management including Management of Change procedures + Ensure compliance with Syensqo procedures **You will bring:** + Broad knowledge of general chemical and engineering disciplines usually gained through a degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent Engineering or Chemistry discipline. + 5-7 years of progressive Manufacturing leadership experience. + Strong analytical skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Hands-on and inspirational leader able to create strong followership and build a culture of accountability. + Advance union relations skills - advance relationships while driving accountability. **You will get:** + Competitive salary and benefits package + Maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations + Training platform for all employees + Free well-being sessions (physical and psychological) **Additional information:** + On-site position in Levin New Zealand + Applicants not currently fully authorized for work in New Zealand will not be considered.
