Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a dedicated Operating Engineer 2 to join their team. As an Operating Engineer 2, you will be an integral part of the Facilities Support Department supporting building operations and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:**
**Shift:** Days (02:00-04:00)
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across various systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
+ Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems.
+ Monitor equipment readings, calibrate systems, and make adjustments to maintain efficiency.
+ Respond to building emergencies during non-working hours as needed, ensuring safety and operational continuity.
+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, and oversee work performed by external contractors.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.
+ 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
+ Experience with Expy in BMS System, Work order management, and CMMS.
+ EPA 608 Type II Certification required; Universal Certification preferred.
+ Proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
