Job Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
o Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering and/or similar sciences
o 2 - 4 years of work experience
o Fluent in English
o Customer focused
o Good communication and interpersonal skills
o Good analytical and problem solving skills
o Demonstrate leadership skills/potential
o Ability to build relationships and work well as part of a team
o Strong interest in career opportunities in the parcel industry
o Strong sense of responsibility
o Flexibility and mobility to move between UPS sites
o Residing in Ankara

o Business process optimization activities among the company
o Leading process improvement initiatives
o Support on operational performance management
o Support on monthly performance management
o Responsible from KPI'S
o Support on new operational program implementations
o Early responsibility and fast progression to managerial operational roles
o Experience of working within fast paced sites and environments
o Regular performance feedback and personal development planning
o Receiving agency offers and to carry out the needed researches
