Job OverviewThe Ops Support Specialist 4 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Support Specialist 4 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Realizar cierres contables en cajeros automaticos virtualGeneracion de bases de datos relacionadas con el efectivo que se recibe de las compañias de traslado de valoresCruces de información de informacion recibida de la compañia de traslado de valores contra sistemas internosAnalisis de InformacionCierre contablesAplicar cargos y abonos a las diferentes cuentas de los clientes en moneda nacional, así como también en dólares americanos. Control y seguimiento de partidas de alto riesgo de los diferentes CpaeApertura de auxiliares en moneda nacional por faltantes o sobrantes u otro a las diferentes áreas del banco y dar el seguimiento correspondiente de las mismas. Cierre contable de diversas plazasRequisitos
Conocimientos basicos contablesConocimientos contables en cajeros automaticos (deseable)Manejo de Excel, Cruces de Información, Tablas Dinamicas, (Intermedio- Avanzado)Experiencia en manejo y analisis de datosDisponibilidad de horario y lugar de trabajo, trabajo en días de descanso y festivos.Conocimiento de contabilidad básica.Manejo de Office principalmente Excel y Outlook.Análisis y manejo de información.Conocimiento de gestión de riesgo y control.Gestión de liderazgo (Manejo de personal y gestión operativa)Toma de decisiones, autogestión, iniciativa.Manejo y control de la información (electrónica e impresa)Apego a la normatividad institucional, procesos documentados, manuales, etc.Zona de trabajo Los Alpes/ Álvaro ObregonHorario L-V 11 am a 8 pm
