We’re seeking an Onsite Supervisor to support one of our key client locations in Alameda, CA. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between talent and our client, managing daily HR and staffing responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours/week | M – F | (7 a.m. – 4 p.m. | On-call flexibility required
Location: Alameda, CA

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with associates and client contacts Support onboarding and check-in processes while providing ongoing communication Monitor attendance and performance, offering coaching and recognition as needed Identify and resolve issues, acting as a liaison between associates and the client Source, place, and retain talent based on client workforce needs Be responsive and available for escalations, including occasional weekend needsQualifications Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role Strong communication and critical-thinking skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask Empathetic and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving High school diploma or GED required Ability to walk frequently in a large facility and adapt to a manufacturing environment Flexibility in schedule, including early morning arrival and weekend availability for escalationsWhat’s In It for You Competitive salary Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits Career development and internal growth opportunities

Work Environment
This role is based on site at a manufacturing facility. It requires frequent walking, adaptability, and proactive communication to manage day-to-day staffing operations. The account is growing rapidly, and this position has strong potential to become a permanent staff role.
