**Onsite Supervisor** **Location:** Burlington, VT **Schedule:** 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (flexibility required based on business needs) **Pay Rate:** $23.80/hr **About the Role** We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented **Onsite Supervisor** to oversee daily operations in a fast‑paced processing environment. This role supervises data‑entry teams, ensures accurate and timely completion of work, and supports consistent, high‑quality workflow execution. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, adaptable leader with strong communication skills and experience driving performance in deadline‑driven environments. **Key Responsibilities** **Team Management & Development** + Manage a team of full‑time and part‑time frontline associates + Coach and develop Team Leads and Operations team members + Conduct regular performance feedback and counseling with associates + Foster a highly engaged, teamwork‑driven environment **Operational Leadership & Workflow Management** + Oversee daily workflow for assigned processing workgroups + Allocate work efficiently to maximize throughput + Monitor shift performance, escalate delays, and resolve processing issues + Adapt effectively to changing business needs and priorities **Quality, Productivity & Compliance** + Maintain direct ownership of remittance processing productivity and quality + Ensure strict adherence to customer guidelines, bank policies, audit, and security standards **Requirements** + **2+ years of supervisory or team‑lead experience** in operations, processing, or administrative environments + Demonstrated background in coaching, training, motivating, and developing team members + Strong leadership capabilities including planning, problem‑solving, conflict resolution, analysis, team‑building, and interpersonal communication + Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and all levels of the organization + Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Technical & Operational Skills** + Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel) + Strong organizational and multitasking skills + Ability to adapt to changing business needs and shifting priorities + Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment **Physical Requirements** + Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods (up to 95%) + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed **Security Requirements** + This role may require a Government Security Clearance, which may include: + Fingerprinting + Credit check + Employment history verification + Proof of U.S. permanent residency covering the past 7 years If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
