Onsite Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Digital Specialist to support one of our largest retail clients in the Pacific Northwest. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of relevant experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment- especially someone with a genuine interest in running and run culture. You’ll play a key role in keeping campaigns, assets, and creator initiatives running smoothly by managing workflows, coordinating handoffs, and supporting reporting across teams and regions. Key Responsibilities: - Own and maintain Airtable (AT) workflows, supporting digital and social initiatives including seasonal campaigns, editorial calendars, and running-related reactive moments. - Ensure Airtable is consistently updated and communicate progress during weekly team meetings. - Manage asset handoff processes and support product launch reporting in collaboration with initiative teams. - Assist with Airtable handoffs and seasonal asset change requests (CRs) in partnership with GEO teams. - Provide Captiv8 platform support, including: - Brief management - Campaign execution support - Campaign reporting and performance tracking - Support creator relationships by: - Managing the content review process - Supporting creator communication and coordination - Owning and maintaining WBS documentation - Act as a reliable point of support to ensure timelines, deliverables, and documentation stay organized and on track. Skills and Requirements What We’re Looking For: - 1–3 years of experience or strong interest in marketing, social, digital, or creative operations. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Comfortable working across tools and systems (Airtable experience is a plus). - Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Interest in running or running culture is strongly preferred. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
